International / National Conferences
- 1: One conference each shall be organized in Indian territory. Themes to be decided by the governing body.
- 2: The conference shall have a minimum of 1000 delegates (including papers/posters presenters)
- 3: Conference will be spread over a maximum 3 days (without any boarding/lodging,)
- 4:The conference will showcase all events related to a similar topic worldwide with Video Conference / Shows.
- 5:Paper presented will be used by Replenish Website in news / professional features
- 6:Conference papers to be closed by 60 days prior to the start of the conference.
- 7:Scholar / Registration fees is not refundable.
- 8:Mischief, Misconduct, demonstration, protests during the conference will lead to eviction from the Venue through the help of local administration/police/authorities.
- 9:Replenish is an equal opportunity organization and encourages women scholars.
- 10:Sponsored scholars will be provided separate enclosures with the name of sponsors displayed on their badges.
- 11:Delegates are encouraged to participate in the cultural events showcasing Indian panorama during the conference days.
