- a Read and fill up carefully
- b Give full information
- c Be objective while narrating write-up summary of the project
- d Attach all relevant documents and submission of Form C is not a promise of Award
- e The Committee shall decide the Fnal best 5 papers/Article/Posters
- f In case of any difficulty the application can be withdrawn(WITHOUT ANY REFUND )
- g Application once approved and fellowship is agreed you will be designated as Replenish Awardee
- hTo discourage non- serious persons, the application Form-C carries a non-refundable fee of Rs.100/each
- i Application can be submitted online also (after the online submission is complete and checked found ok) acknowledgment shall be made.
- j As for as possible personal contact be avoided (associates shall be available on phone to speak)
- k Award will be declared on website as well intimated on mail
- l Bank details(acct/IFSC/Branch) be provided for submitting the application
- m REPLENISH FOUNDATION is not responsible for using any dubious method for writing the paper, steal any data, reproduce without written permission of the journal, using already published works etc etc while writing the article/paper projecting the research work like stealing data, using already published works in any journal/publication etc or similar type of privacy issues. Nor shall Foundation indemnify the scholar for any other similar illegal dealings
- The Replenish Awardee by virtue of being an award holder shall be invited for various events of the Foundation, including conference/seminar etc..If webinar, link will be provided.
